Is it your dream to teach English in Japan?

My Favorite Japanese-Learning Songs

ru

I’m a little kid at heart and especially at Japanese ability. Here are my favorite videos / songs in Japanese, which are basically for kids, but not awful like English songs for kids (which I hated even as a kid).

A really cool counting song, if you get the humor of words sounding like other words in Japanese, and just fun as long as you sort of understand.

A fun song about making pancakes with ghosts…random but cute.

The best song ever to play while brushing your teeth – but you might find yourself singing it all the time.

And the RURURU song! There are three videos, the next ones are here and here) and they use lots and lots of “ru verbs” to tell a funny story which you will understand if you’re studying / speak Japanese.

Do you think these songs are helpful for learning Japanese? Which songs do you like?
